Our Healthy Workforce DVD can be used in your office, at wellness worksites, or at home. You don't need any equipment, a gym, or a locker!
You will learn about the Wellness Table & Fitness components: Cardiovascular Exercise, Strength Training, and Flexibility.
With the help of this DVD, you can participate in the Physical Activity Challenge! 30 minutes or more a day... at least 3 times a week

BODY = FITNESS
David Zid, founder and president of Columbus Health Works, is a certified Functional Fitness Trainer. He has worked with individuals, businesses, and community organizations, for 11 years in central Ohio. David's teachings incorporate the Wellness Wheel: Nutrition, Rest & Fitness. And his approach to Fitness includes, Cardiovascular, Strength, and Flexibility exercises.
MIND/HEART = POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE
Tom Carlisi, M.A. is the founder and CEO of Winners' League Foundation. He is also a certified therapist and has trained community and workforce groups in various Health and Wellness topics for over 25 years in central Ohio. Tom's teachings incorporate Compassionate Communication and empathy/support skills. He shares that our mental attitude and core beliefs either help us meet Health and Fitness goals or they "block" us from our goals. We can learn to transform our beliefs and habits to
productive actions.
HEART = SOCIAL SUPPORT
A key component of the Healthy Workforce - A Social Network Program model is social support - a buddy and a worksite support group. When we attempt to incorporate Health and Fitness plans by ourselves, we often fall short
of our goals because of lack of motivation, discipline
and support.
